Thank you for all your hard work. This is a very nice program.

I know I am enjoying Jeanine Weekes playlist (web) right now and my
wife is playing my music list (wireless lan) on her laptop at the same
time. Very nice.

The only problems I have seen so far seem to be coming from users not
the app design. Mike Cohens list seems unavailable via web browser and
the list from Morbus doesn't seem to work either but these both seem to
be list problems not application problems. And adding bad lists did
seem to crash iCommune until I removed them. Simply removing a bad list
fixed my crash problems then it was all smooth sailing. I do wish I
could edit a collections information once it was in the collection but
for now its ok to remove and then add with the updated info.

Many continued successes Mr. Speth!

PS-Who is going to start the iCommune playlist page????

The server on my G4 minitower keeps going down (running MP3 Sushi, not
iCommune :) It's also streaming on port 8010.

Another point of information for the talented Mr. Speth to whom I am very
grateful...it seems that you might get the mis-impression that if you do
not have your sharing preferences on in icommune that you are not
sharing. That does not seem to be true. In my case, I will have to
manually reset the preferences in order to stop sharing.

restart it....my solution was to unplug the router THEN restart iC and
it allowed the app to open up I could remove the bad collection link
and then get back online without any more problems for iC

PS - Has anyone tried the Consolidate Library Feature?? What, if
anything will this do when you have a remote playlist active???

Suggestion: anyone who wants their servers to be easily accessible
should sign up for a free dynamic domain name at dyndns.org (which is
how I got blueg3.homeip.net). If you run their client, the name will
automatically be updated if your IP address ever changes.

Also, if you're using a router, make sure you have the appropriate port
forwarded to your computer.

I do not reccomend using the "Consolidate Library" feature at all. It
has a serious bug Apple hasn't/won't ackowledge: if that option is
turned on, iTunes will, when you encode new mp3s, write peices of the th
new mp3 into ones already on your hard drive.
